Responsibilities:
Business Development & New Client Hunting for B2B Sales:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and target high-potential markets and client segments.
Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Proactively generate qualified leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, social media).
Develop compelling proposals to articulate the value proposition of our HR services.
Relationship Management & Partnership Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client accounts.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to expand market reach and access.
Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial contracts to secure new business opportunities.
Staffing Support & Revenue Growth:
Collaborate with the HR recruitment team to provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment cycle.
Contribute to the achievement of the recruiter’s targets and revenue growth objectives.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development activities.
Qualifications:
Any graduate degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing
2-4 years of experience in business development, new client acquisition (Enterprise, GCC’s/GIC, Start-ups)
Exposure to service and solution sales
Proven track record of generating leads, developing relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Addon).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
