About the Role
Are you an MBA HR Fresher or ambitious graduate looking to kickstart your career in recruitment? Talks About People is hiring an HR Recruiter Intern / Trainee to join our executive search team in Kharadi, Pune.
In this role, you will gain direct, hands-on exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition, candidate screening, and sourcing strategies for corporate leadership roles and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Master multi-channel sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social platforms to attract technical and non-technical talent.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial telephonic and virtual screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and track candidate interview rounds with hiring managers and corporate clients, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build candidate databases, update ATS records, and maintain active candidate pools for active mandates.
- Client & Market Research: Collaborate with senior search consultants to analyze job descriptions, market trends, and talent availability.
Eligibility & What We’re Looking For
- Education: MBA in HR, BBA, or Any Graduate with a strong passion for Human Resources & Recruitment.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply).
- Core Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with job portals like Naukri or LinkedIn.
- Key Traits: Strong English communication skills, high energy, attention to detail, and a quick-learning mindset.
