Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions for our BFSI and NBFC clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent across various roles within the finance and banking sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidate:
Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting, to attract qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant skills for BFSI and NBFC clients.
Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct initial screenings (telephonic/online) to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule technical and HR interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews by providing detailed role descriptions and company insights.
Client Interaction:
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job descriptions, and specific role requirements for both technical and non-technical positions.
Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the BFSI or NBFC sectors.
Familiarity with BFSI and NBFC industry requirements, roles, and skill sets.
Strong sourcing skills, using job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
