About the Role
Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to advance your career? Talks About People is hiring an HR Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and executive search mandates for leading BFSI, NBFC, and corporate clients.
In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle-from proactive headhunting and candidate mapping to client account coordination and final offer rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Talent Sourcing: Execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, and headhunting to engage mid-senior professionals in BFSI, finance, and corporate tech domains.
- Candidate Assessment & Screening: Conduct comprehensive telephonic and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate domain expertise, role suitability, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment.
- Client Account Management: Partner directly with hiring managers and corporate talent heads to review job descriptions, understand role mandates, and provide weekly candidate pipeline reports.
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules, prepare candidates with detailed client background briefings, and maintain candidate tracking in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Offer Negotiation & on-boarding: Lead compensation negotiations, manage counter-offer scenarios, and maintain candidate engagement through joining to maintain high closure ratios.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven agency, boutique search firm, or corporate recruitment experience (experience in BFSI / NBFC / Fintech hiring is strongly preferred).
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in Boolean search strings, headhunting, social recruiting, and database mining on LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with strong candidate closing ability.
- Tools & Systems: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources / Business Administration.
