Responsibilities
Develop and execute tailored talent acquisition strategies for E-level, C-suite and higher management roles.
Source high-caliber candidates through diverse channels including headhunting, networking, job boards, social media and referrals.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments focusing on skill sets, qualifications, cultural & personality fitment and leadership skills.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven executive recruitment experience & research capabilities
Deep understanding of talent markets and sourcing techniques.
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
